New Langdon offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments in downtown Madison, just steps from the Capitol or Campus.


Here's how to join our priority waitlist for August 2027:

Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Choose from our three floorplan sizes below and pick the size that works best for you.

Step 2 – Apply: If you'll have roommates, we'll need a completed application from each roommate (no money is due at this time). Note your unit preferences when you apply (which floorplan, floor, direction facing, etc.).

Step 3 – Notice: We'll let you know by email when/if an apartment becomes available. At this time the price and unit assignment will be provided for you to consider. (Rates listed at this time are last year's starting at rates.)

Step 4 – Sign Your Lease: Once you say yes and your application is approved, we'll rush you your lease documents. The lease signing must take place within 24 hours of delivery or you may lose the apartment. Your full security deposit will also be due at this time.

The prices shown on our website often reflect "starting at" pricing. Your leasing associate will provide specific pricing for the apartments you're interested in. Pricing and availability may change during the rental process until a lease is offered. Please carefully review your lease before signing. Once the lease signing deadline passes, we can no longer guarantee the original pricing or availability.

All square footage shown is approximate. All residents will be required to carry renters insurance for the term of their lease.
