Get In Early. Get $250 When You Lease!

Priority Applicants get in line before apartments are released to the general public — and if you go on to sign a 2027–28 lease, you’ll get a $250 rent credit on your new account.

Step 1 – Find Your Fit: Choose from our three floorplan sizes below and pick the size that works best for you.

Step 2 – Apply: We’ll need a completed application from you, all of your roommates, and your guarantor. Make sure you enter the promo code “PRIORITY” on the Options tab of your online application. 

Step 3 – You’ve Got Next​: Once your group’s applications are complete, you’re on the Priority Applicant List. We’ll keep you updated as apartments become available.

Once an apartment is available, we’ll send your lease documents. Review and approve the rate and lease term, pay the required deposit, and sign within the stated timeframe to lock it in.
